We are arriving by train or bus into Lucerne. I am traveling with my 85year old Mother. Can a Taxi drive up to your hotel for check in?

Does it have parking in Kriens if you want to stay overnight on the Pilatus.

It has parking and a parking garage. You can park safely for more than 24 hours. A call to the Säntisbahn is enough.
